Our customer is a leader in the distribution of aftermarket auto parts located in Strongsville , OH. This is a very busy time as the automotive industry ramps back up and they need an energetic and motivated person to fill their customer service position.
Duties:
- Answer calls from customers
- Use email to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Enter orders accurately in system
- Work from instructions
- Respond quickly and accurately to customers and orders
- Work from spreadsheets
Requirements:
- HSD or GED
- Computer skills
- Excellent phone presence
- Some customer service experience preferred
- Team player
- Enter orders accurately
