• Pay $45,000 to $50, 000 annually plus bonus.

Your New Role as the leasing coordinator:

• Supports the General Manager, Marketing Director and property management team in daily operations
• Maintains "world-class" service to tenants, clients, and vendors
• Tracks tenant and vendor insurance requirements
• Prepares property updates and reports
• Assists General Manager with tenant communication and relationships
• Maintains office inventory and tenant account reconciliations
• Processes invoices, check requests, and collections
• Updates emergency call program and lease documentation

Your Experience as the leasing coordinator:

• Associate degree in business or related field
• 3-5 years administrative/property management experience
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
• Prior retail property management experience preferred.
