$12.00 per hour

Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday

Locations: College Station, Huntsville, Magnolia, Montgomery, Brenham, Texas

Retired and looking for part-time work? Teacher looking for work during the summer? Returning to the workforce? Do you enjoy meeting new people? If so, this is a wonderful opportunity to work in lovely model homes for new home builders. Assignments are part-time, 1-3 days per week, flexible, close to home, and in a beautiful, stress-free environment.

Essential Duties:

1. Welcome potential home buyers into the model.
2. Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
3. Provide model and community information.
4. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.

Qualifications:
