• Position is in Houston, Texas 77060
• Night shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
• Train on day shift 7:00am-3:00pm

Our client, one of the largest manufacturers of slings and specialty straps is seeking a Shipping and Receiving expert to join their team.

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for operating warehouse machinery safely, packaging finished products, and tracking inventory.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in shipping/receiving processes
• Operate sit down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Responsible for packaging and processing UPS/FedEx shipments
• Quality control
• Assist in inventory management and putting away shipments in correct location
• Operate stretch wrap machines to securely wrap pallets of finished goods

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of sit down and stand-up forklift experience
• Experience creating bills of lading and processing packaging shipments
• Experience receiving product via packing slip and storing shipments in proper location
• Experience using warehouse machinery such as stretch-wrap and twister machines
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
