A very well-known and successful QSR franchise is looking to hire an experienced and well-tenured Area Field Manager to join their team and oversee their stores in the Oklahoma Market !
We're looking for a natural leader who trains/develops and has great employee retention. This is a VERY hands-on job with, so we're seeking someone with true boots on the ground experience.

What are we Seeking?
- Proven leadership experience, developing and retaining employees (HU graduates and/or QSR experience preferred)
- MUST have overseen at least 4-5 stores at once
- At least 7 years of QSR multi-unit management!
- Stable work history, professional, energetic, hard-working and reliable.
- Collaborative personality and very strategic.
