• Train Supervisors and staff on opening/closing procedures, ordering chemicals, and maintaining site and equipment to a high standard.
• Make minor repairs to equipment
• Perform some clerical tasks such as emailing customers, responding to requests, and handling damage claims in a timely professional manner.
• Create and maintain a positive team oriented work environment.
• Attract, recruit, train and develop staff and sales advisors/detailers.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and equipment functionality.
