What are we Seeking?

• Oversee all aspects of F&B at the hotel, including the main restaurant, bar, lounge and meeting/event spaces
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure exceptional guest experiences and revenue growth
• Lead a team of F&B managers, Executive Chef and staff, providing guidance, training and support to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence in F&B service delivery.
