JOB DESCRIPTION:

The right person will help to lead the team in running daily ops. You’ll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers on weekdays and weekends. 

REQUIREMENTS:

*At least 2 years in a high volume/ management position. 

*Must have a least 3 references from former supervisors.

*Seeking mature, thoughtful leaders that want to inspire, develop and coach a team.

BENEFITS:

*Starting wages are $50k-60k for AMs (Dependent on Exp)

* All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams actually see them!) --> AM's= eligible for 10% of salary for bonus.

*Managers receive 15 days of Personal Time after 90 days and 20 days PTO on their 5-year anniversary.

*Health Insurance, Sick Pay and Short-Term Disability upon hire.

* We pay 50% of the health insurance premiums for you and your family.

*Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.
