Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude?

Position : Porter

Location : Larking Village Property

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30

Key Qualifications : This is a Season Position from May 20 through September 6, with a total of 20-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications :

Valid Driver's License required
