Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both languages and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding between the company and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions
