The Right Smile Center is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Atlanta, GA

We are seeking dental assistant to cross train front & back
2 years experience is desirable but not necessary salary range $10-$20/hr dependent on experience, but room for upward mobility following training period.
2 offices (sandy springs & chamblee)- needs to be flexible with working at both offices
3 Doctors ( a mother and 2 daughters all dentists)
willing to train, but basic skills required (as listed below):

  • take full mouth series (BWs, PAs, FMX)
  • take alginate impressions (full arch)
  • take PVS impressions
  • pour stone models
  • make temporaries (with powder liquid, trim margins, adjust bite)
  • seat crowns
  • pack retraction cord
  • sterilization
  • stock rooms
  • flip rooms
  • present treatment plans

front staff skills needed/or to be trained in:

  • answer the phone
  • schedule appointments
  • call patients to schedule recall

  • submit insurance claims (write narratives, attached X-rays and per charts)
  • review EOBs and refile claims
  • enter treatment with dental codes into OpenDental
  • present treatment plans
