- Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Present and demonstrate the value and capabilities of our AI solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights to drive business growth
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
