Notre Dame School seeks an instructional aide for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate must be able to assist teachers with small groups, STAR testing, and classroom activities, assist during classroom lessons, and supervise children in the classroom and on the playground. The ideal instructional aide must work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administration for the academic betterment of the students. This candidate must have a positive mindset, be an excellent Catholic role model, and be highly energetic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in education or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to supporting our Catholic mission and values.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
