Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring that our beautiful venue is the top choice for couples planning their special day. This role involves managing inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

At The Rose Gardens, we are very customer service driven and want to help our future customers book their most memorable event with our venue because we offer them everything they need for their event. You must to be able to transmit trust, be confident when showing our venue, know how to negotiate, and think quickly to close the contract. You’ll need to be a fast learner, independent, know how to use excel, Microsoft word, and outlook, and be able to multitask. Have excellent telephone etiquette.

The Job requires you to book walk thrus, sell our venue to clients looking for a venue to host events, draft contracts, collect deposits/payments, follow up with all your leads daily by calling, emailing, and texting, and while always updating our CRM.
Other duties within your job title will be applied. The schedule is Monday thru Saturday with two days off which are Sundays and Wednesdays.
Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM but the schedule may change depending on how busy we are. Pays $21.50 per hour plus a 2% commission on anything you book. You are required to meet your monthly goal of 6 bookings per month.

Qualifications
- Negotiation skills

- Proven track record in sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Prior experience in outside sales or business development is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
