Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at The Rose Group in Milwaukee, WI. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, preparing pleadings and motions, time entry, and various administrative tasks. They will collaborate closely with the legal team, assist with case management, and provide support in all areas of litigation.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Experience with e-filing
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using legal software and research tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
- Experience in personal injury and/or commercial litigation is preferred
