The Royston Team at Keller Williams Greater 360 is currently seeking hardworking, innovative, and organized candidates for our Executive Assistant role. This position will assist our Real Estate team with all aspects of the business. If you have a positive attitude and a desire to join a team for long term growth and development, we should talk!

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking someone who has the ability to perform multiple tasks, quickly learn new systems and take on project management in a fast-paced environment. This individual is a self-motivated, dependable, action-oriented, and positive person. They have a keen sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, extremely resourceful, and self-sufficient. A genuine desire to help others is a must!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Build, implement and manage all systems including listing management, database management, and back-office support
  • Coordinate team & client events
  • Oversee all marketing (Brochures, flyers, social media, online marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors and agents
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Research and develop new systems that will benefit the team
  • Request reviews & testimonials and oversee all closed client follow up
  • Continue to take the day-to-day office tasks away from the leadership team, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • 2 Years Experience working in an office setting
  • Real Estate License preferred (but not required)
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Keller Williams experience preferred
  • Marketing, writing, and social media skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high-level
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
  • Pay ranges from $22-$26 per hour depending on experience

About Our Company

The Royston Team is a group of Real Estate Agents with Keller Williams Greater 360 in Poulsbo, WA. We service buyers, sellers and investors in the Kitsap County area and beyond! Our intention is to grow our market share in the Olympic Peninsula each year and use our successes here to expand by using a world-class operation, marketing and lead generation hub. We sold over 110 homes last year and are on track to sell even more this year. The person we are searching for must be able to keep up with our growth and be excited about it!
