Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take drink orders from customers and accurately input them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
• Engage with customers to recommend drinks and provide information about beverage options.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service to prevent over-intoxication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including bar top, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, as needed.
• Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or similar establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving drinks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of drinks and cases of beverages.
• Ability to work in a crowded and noisy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,894.48 - $37,206.25 per year
