The Rusty Spur Steakhouse is looking for a Grill Cook to join our team in Pulaski, TN.

Responsibilities:
Prepare food to order

• Set up and operate kitchen equipment
• Follow proper food safety procedures
• Clean equipment properly and safely
• Follow company recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Work with a team to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Prepare ingredients to create different types of dishes
• Store food properly
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be able to work in a standing position. Must be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment. Must be able to follow instructions. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to follow instructions of staff members. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions in order to complete tasks. Must be able to follow the flow of work in a timely manner. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be able to follow all opening and closing procedures of the shift.
