Training or Communications Coordinator

The Sage Group’s client, one of the largest and well-respected tech companies in the world, is seeking an internal communications or training program manager to join their very busy internal training team.

In this role, you will have responsibility for project managing the deployment of internal training deliverables and related infrastructure projects. We are looking for a candidate who can provide the right mix of business insight, project management skills, and innovation to deliver employee training to the enterprise. You must possess excellent communication skills to be able to effectively interact with subject matter experts at all levels in the organization

The role:

• Provide communication and project management support for business team
• Support business team writing efforts (write, edit, and produce content working with key subject matter experts)
• Project manage the development and deployment of training for worldwide audiences
• Manage project deliverables and timelines
• Work closely with key stakeholders on training requirements and progress
• Support internal training efforts (write, edit, and produce content working with key subject matter experts)
• Partner closely with Learning Management System Coordinator, localization vendor, and cross-functional teams
• Support implementation of communication and training plan
• Assist with training planning and execution
• Research and distill information for an internal audience
• Assist with development of scenario-based training
• Manage photo library and photoshoot logistics
• Support editing, writing, and revamping trainings
• Monitor and respond to learner inquiries
• Provide program support to our learner communities and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc project meetings

Required Skills

• 2 years’ experience in internal communications or training support roles
• 4-year degree in related field
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Tech Enterprise company experience a large plus

This is a long-term contract opportunity

Hybrid, on-site in Cupertino Tues-Thurs (can travel in during off-commute times)

$45-50 hourly
