• Implements business, strategic and financial plans to support the increasing of net revenue.
• Works with Director of Operations/Administrator for Business to create and manage all store budgets.
• Oversees and manages the recruitment process for store staffing and is proactive in keeping stores sufficiently staffed.
• Responsible to ensure store inventory, pricing and marking of merchandise for stores is within outlined parameters.
