Job Objective: The Expeditor supervises the flow of product to and from the stores and assigned areas.
Essential Functions: Financial:
Assist in managing staff and resources with integrity and fiscal accountability.
Personnel:
- Assist in training, evaluating, retraining, giving and clarifying instructions, providing encouragement and
redirection for warehouse staff. - Administers corrective action and disciplinary notices as assigned.
- Manage warehouse staff training and supervision.
- Ensures the TSA Policies and Procedures for Human Resources are being followed at all levels.
Production:
- Coordinate all product store pick-up and delivery.
- Completes the manifest for transportation of product.
- Support the implementation of Product Control Procedures preventing shrinkage through theft or
spoilage (i.e., sealing truck and document seal number). - Reports the need for supplies.
Property Equipment:
- Identifies and reports preventative maintenance needs of equipment within the warehouse including
trucks and service vehicles. - Runs the warehouse in accordance with OSHA Safety Guidelines and meets all TSA Policies.
- Oversee that the ARC Fleet meets all Federal, State, and TSA Commercial Motor Vehicle policy
regulations.
Program:
- Work with ARC Director for Rehabilitation Services in assigning, supervising, and training of
beneficiaries to maximize work therapy goals. Work with department leaders to support the success of
the beneficiaries. - Support beneficiary work therapy development through training and mentoring.
- All other duties as assigned.

Additional Information Wage: $13/hr
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective
communication with customers, management, and co-workers. - Basic computer skills including but not limited to use of the payroll program, and all other
programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC. - Ability to use basic math skills.
- Good speaking, hearing, and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
- Weekend/evening hours required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license preferred.
Fork-lift driving certification preferred.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical store or warehouse environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Theenvironment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
