Position Summary : Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and provides HR customer support to employees and supervisors within the division.
Assists in creating and implementing engagement strategies that will enhance the employee experience and promote a culture that embodies The Salvation Army's mission and values.
Performs general clerical duties for the Department including data entry, preparing correspondence, handling mail and other related duties.
Creates and maintains electronic employee files and legal files in compliance with applicable corporate and legal requirements, ensuring accuracy of files.
