Location: Naples Thrift Store – 2255 Davis Blvd. Naples, FL 34104
Position Type: Full Time 37.5 hours a week
Pay Range: $15.04 - $18.79
About this opportunity:Key responsibilities:

• Serves as lead worker to employees working in the Thrift Store
• Assisting store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items.
• Trains employees in the proper procedures for operating and maintaining a cash register; monitors employees work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Supervises and participates in the work performed by employees, beneficiaries and/or community service workers in the warehouse.

What we are looking for in you:

• High School diploma or G.E.D., and
• Two years progressively responsible experience working in a retail store environment, or
• any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid State driver’s license may be required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a normal store and warehouse environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather.
