Job Summary

Provides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the building to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.

Facilities Cleaning Responsibilities (90%) Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies.

Sweeps, vacuums, mops floors; sweeps sidewalks. Cleans windows; dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures. Empty trash cans regularly;

collects trash from grounds and cleans trash cans. Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities (10%) Monitors and repairs / replaces light bulbs, florescent tubes, spot lights, exit lights and other lighting malfunctions.

Assists in setting up meeting rooms; sets up tables and chairs; puts ice in glasses and sets out drinks. Opens / closes building as scheduled;

raises and lowers all flags daily; displays special signs as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
