**Job Title:** Assistant

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and special events. If you have a background in customer service or events management we want to hear from you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a woman owned growing business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist with venue operations and event management

- Set up and tear down venue equipment

- Assist with event decor

- Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner

- Ensure clients have a positive brand experience and seamless event

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Creative, detail oriented and problem solver

- Experience in events management is a plus

- TABC certification is desirable

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
