IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL POSITION
APPLICANT MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF:
Great long-term growth opportunity for immigration law firm. Looking for an entry level paralegal to gain full expertise in many areas of immigration law.
A Bachelor's or Associates degree is preferred.
All applicants should be tech savvy and they should have full knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Tracker immigration software a plus but not required.
Applicants must be able to interact well with a diverse clientele.
Applicants must have excellent communication and writing skills.
Applicants must be able to manage caseload with a large degree of independence.
Duties include but not limited to client communication (written, verbal and oral) immigrant and non-immigrant visa filings with USCIS, Political Asylum, VAWA, U-VISA, Permanent Residence applications, Family and Employer Sponsorship, Naturalization, 601 Waiver and affidavit preparation, translation of documents, and filing documents with the respective USCIS agency.
Applicant must also be very punctual and professional.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
