The School District of Beloit is seeking an Athletics Secretary. The secretary will assist and relieve athletic director of paperwork and impediments so that he/she may devote maximum attention to the central problems of athletics and athletic administration.
This position is located at Beloit Memorial High School. It is a full time/permanent position based on a 52 week schedule. Full benefits are available with this position. Job Summary: This position will assist and relieve athletic director of paperwork and impediments so that he/she may devote maximum attention to the central problems of athletics and athletic administration.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of typing, filing, operation of common office equipment.
  • 3 to 5 years of secretarial experience
  • An ability to handle confidential matters, set priorities and work well under pressure with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office
  • Good Communication Skills
