The Scott Pryor Law Group - Personal Injury & Accident Attorneys is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Atlanta, GA

The Scott Pryor Law Group is seeking a dynamic and polished Legal Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and ensure smooth front-office operations. Your primary role will involve answering and routing incoming calls, managing administrative duties, and serving as a vital communication link between the public and our office staff.

Duties/Responsibilities

Your essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls (multiple lines), faxes, and emails with precision.
  • Handling inquiries and providing accurate information promptly.
  • Capturing client intake information and forwarding it to the Intake Manager efficiently.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments, coordinating internal meetings, and updating calendars meticulously.
  • Greeting and welcoming clients, guests, and other visitors warmly.
  • Maintaining public areas to ensure they are always neat and inviting.
  • Preparing meeting facilities and arranging refreshments as needed.
  • Performing various clerical and administrative tasks, such as managing mail/deliveries, scanning documents, electronic filing, photocopying, emailing, faxing, scheduling, reporting, and data entry.
  • Tracking office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Providing support and assistance with other operations across the organization as required.

Education & Experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong calendaring and typing skills.
  • Notary certification preferred.
