DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT

The Select Group is looking for a talented Desktop Support Consultant to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be responsible for going to different hospitals and surrounding Raleigh/Durham clinics to deploy workstations, monitor, printers, labels, etc. This consultant will work with many other consultants, as well as full-time employees to get hardware up and running.

• This position is onsite in Raleigh/Durham NC.
• Regular hours 8:00-5:00 PM EST
• Hours likely to vary each week for the project they are working on.

DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Technical hardware knowledge
• Experience with printers, workstations, barcode labels, monitors, etc.
• Troubleshooting
• Connecting workstations/devices to printers

DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy workstations, monitors, printers, labels, etc.
• Switch out old workstations for new workstations
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 for each new workstation placed
