The Select Group is Hiring a Desktop support technician Near Durham, NC
DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT
The Select Group is looking for a talented Desktop Support Consultant to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be responsible for going to different hospitals and surrounding Raleigh / Durham clinics to deploy workstations, monitor, printers, labels, etc.
This consultant will work with many other consultants, as well as full-time employees to get hardware up and running.
- Regular hours 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM EST
- Hours likely to vary each week for the project they are working on.
DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS
- Technical hardware knowledge
- Experience with printers, workstations, barcode labels, monitors, etc.
- Troubleshooting
- Connecting workstations / devices to printers
DESKTOP SUPPORT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy workstations, monitors, printers, labels, etc.
- Switch out old workstations for new workstations
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 for each new workstation placed
