Summary: Processes policy issuance, endorsements and follow-up for business placed by Underwriters by performing the following duties.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
High-school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred;
Three to five years related experience and/or training preferred;

Language Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with mail and making copies of checks and invoices.
Assists with endorsements.
Scans all documentation as requested.
Assists with answering phones for the department and providing customer service functions.
Assists in maintaining favorable working relationships with agents, CSR’s and other personnel and fellow employees.
Works closely with Billing in regard to invoicing and check documentation.
Provides administrative support on an as-needed basis.
