This is a year round position and would be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week requiring a hybrid schedule (office 2-3 days, remote 1 day).

SUMMARY

Looking for talented students to contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects for the Enterprise Finance and Finance Transformation groups. The purpose of Internship/Co-op Program is to provide professional development/experience to individuals within their field of study by exposure to the business environment of a large corporation.

Specific activities will vary by student skills and strengths while also providing opportunities to grow new skills, so if you meet some but not all requirements, we strongly recommend that you apply!

Within Enterprise Finance, opportunities will include being a part of a once in a generation finance transformation via operational testing and transformation management. This role will function under the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting and forecasting for all global business units. It will support legacy EPM system and processes as well as helping implement and transition to OneStream, and may involve supporting Oracle systems (11i, R12, Cloud) and AHCS as it pertains to setup/maintenance, error-monitoring, trouble-shooting, and user assistance

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Collaborate with multiple levels of Finance organization on projects when applicable
• Lead efforts to ensure platform sustainability and accuracy
• Conduct activities like account mapping and testing

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Required:

• Currently pursuing Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or a related field. Minimum GPA 3.0
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to at least work one (1) year, part time (approx. 28 hours per week) during school year and over school breaks

Preferred:

• Graduating from a Bachelor's degree between May 2025-Dec 2026
