Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and charismatic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, adept at content creation, and experienced in managing social media platforms, events and stakeholder engagement. This person will represent the organization at events and community activities to enhance the organization's community profile and will support the creation of copy for TSG events. This role is integral to enhancing TSG’s brand presence and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates, that resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee TSG’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement across all platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate outreach strategies to build awareness and secure support from donors, partners, and the media.
• E-commerce and Merchandise: Manage TSG’s online store, including product design, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing annual fundraising events, ensuring successful marketing and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management software.
• Proficiency in website management, SEO, and content marketing
• Experience with advertising sales, sales, digital marketing, and advertising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience with events management, hospitality and customer service
• Portfolio showcasing previous event projects
