**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation while working closely with our real estate team.
**Duties:**
- Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Assist in company website management
- Be up to date on industry and creative trends
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative social media strategies
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Assist in creating visual assets using CANVA or other design tools
- Help with doing short videos at our properties for posting
**Skills:**
- Strong interest in social media marketing and advertising
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing and editing skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn new skills
