We are looking to add a CNC Programmer, trainer, setup, operator who will be responsible for reading and interpreting design blueprints, programming Multi Axis - Turn Mill machines, setting up, and adjusting the machines settings.

We are looking to add a CNC Programmer, trainer, setup, operator who will be responsible for reading and interpreting design blueprints, programming Multi Axis - Turn Mill machines, setting up, and adjusting the machines settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
- Fixture and tool design.
- Develop work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and "shop floor" inspection methodology.
- Machine set-up and operation of complex prototype and production parts.
- Training employees on set ups.
- 5 years min experience CNC programming.
- 5 years min experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programing software (Mastercam).
- 5 years min experience CNC machining for complex parts.
- Excellent blueprint reading skill & thorough understanding of GD&T.
- Experienced with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
- Experience G code programming at the machine control.
- Good communication skills, math skills and attention to detail.
- Tool Maker experiences a definite plus.
- Honest with good integrity.
- Professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations.
- Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often.
- Works in an office and machine shop environment.
- May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift 40lbs.
- Programming CNC: 5 years (Required)
- Blueprint Reading and GD&T: 5 years (Required)
- Part Maker: 1 year (Preferred)
- CNC machining of complex parts: 5 years (Required)
- Metrology tools and processes of part inspection: 5 years (Required)
