Position Overview
As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing all marketing efforts across The Sleep Code. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve other key business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with the buying & merchandising team on sales and e-commerce strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve customer retention. This role reports directly to the co-founders and CEO.
