Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as servers. As a server at The Social, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the menu and beverage options.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing recommendations when asked.
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
