Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we're now looking to take on our next member of the herd to enhance our Organic Social team in our New York office!

🏠 Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model in which team members come to the office three days a week.

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

Role

As a Social Media Exec, you will report to one of our Social Media Managers, and as a team, you’ll help to manage our clients' organic social strategy, content, and community.

The successful candidate will be passionate about social media. They will love creating content, engaging with online communities, and have a personal interest in trends and pop culture!

You’ll clearly understand all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Youtube) and be eager to learn about new platform updates and advancements in the space.

Responsibilities

• Community management on clients' social accounts.
• Filming content and editing TikTok's/Reels.
• Designing social-first content on platforms such as Canva.
• Management and organization of internal and external documents.
• Coming up with unique and engaging ideas that resonate with your client's target audience and work with the algorithm to maximize reach.

Requirements

• 1 years of social media experience.
• A creative individual with a clear understanding of social trends.
• Comfortable using in-platform editing tools for TikTok and Reels, including in-app, capcut, etc.
• Detail-orientated with a creative eye.
• An organized and prepared individual.
• Experience using platforms such as Canva for designing assets.
• Experience in using social media management tools such as Sprinklr, HeyOrca, Sprout, etc.
• Ambition and eagerness to build a career within social media.
