ABA Therapist

The Social Spectrum Inc. is hiring self-motivated individuals that are open to building their leadership skills and working with children with autism.

At The Social Spectrum Inc., we offer both in-home, in-center, and community based ABA therapy for children from the age of 2 to 21. Our center is in Morganville, NJ, but we accept clients from all over the state of New Jersey, including Monmouth and Middlesex County. We believe that creating a happy and supportive place for a child to learn and grow starts with giving an employee the skills set and comfort of working in a place they love.

We offer flexible scheduling with afternoons, early evenings, and weekend availabilities. We provide on-the-job training in the latest skills in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as supervision for those who are pursuing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials.

Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, therapists deliver 1:1 therapy to clients with specific treatment plans that address behavioral, community, daily living, and social skills.

Required Experience

- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with children, preferably some experience with children with disabilities

- A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from a session

- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting
