The Society/The Link is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Seville, OH

Job Summary:
Full time 40 hour position open with full benefit package.

25 hour part time position open with vision and retirement plan benefit options.

The Society is looking for a “Jack/Jaclyn of All Trades”!

Our maintenance team is looking for someone who is well rounded with basic electrical knowledge, carpentry, drywall & plumbing skills. Someone who has an open mind & willing to learn is a plus. Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues in a timely manner
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
