Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues in a timely manner
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
