We are looking forCertified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS)to provideTransition Management Services in the Charlotte/Meck area.

TMSis acommunity based serviceworking with adults with chronic/severe and persistent mental health issues that are in need of housing in the community. The goal of this service is to assist in transitioning adults back into the community and help support them in maintaining their housing.

Requirements-

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Community Based: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CPSS Certification (Required)
