Job Summary:
The Sportsman's Gallery is seeking a part-time gallery administrator and/or sales associate for Sundays and as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*Handle sales from both walk-in traffic as well as those generated from advertisements, catalogs and other venues.

*Input inventory into the gallery’s resource management system. This includes both artwork and merchandise.

*Daily gallery maintenance.

*Packing and shipping works of art.

*Perform research on provenance and other areas of interest on works of art.

*Periodic auction bidding

*Receive & unpack all deliveries/boxes at the time they arrive in the gallery for insurance purposes. Cut down all boxes for storage or prep for trash pick up the next morning.

*Restoration Management: Communication with local restores, requesting estimates, and coordinating shipping of works to them. Adding all costs to Spinn Artwork Cost Tab.

Sunday are required.

Compensation is an hourly rate plus commission based on experience.
