Our client is one of the nation’s premier speakers’ bureaus, representing prominent figures in politics, business, media, and pop culture, and are looking for a Manager of Speaker Recruitment and Research. You will work closely with the CEO and Sales team, driving growth by researching and presenting innovative speaker ideas, establishing connections, and initiating contact with potential speakers. Work is to be performed onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and recruit new speakers who align with our clients' needs.
• Conduct thorough research to uncover emerging talent and unique voices across various industries.
• Initiate and manage initial outreach efforts to engage potential speakers.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and offer insights based on market research and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in research or talent acquisition.
• A proactive and tenacious researcher with a passion for staying informed on current affairs and industry trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
