Job Description: The Trapper will be responsible for leading and escorting members from the pro shop to the clays course using Kawasaki mules. Once on the course, the Trapper will perform a variety of duties including monitoring safety, escorting members around the course, pushing release buttons, scoring, and attending to the needs of members. Additionally, the Trapper will handle general duties to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort members from the pro shop to the clays course using Kawasaki mules.
• Ensure the safety of all members and guests on the course.
• Assist members around the course, including pushing release buttons and scoring.
• Attend to the requests and needs of members to enhance their experience.
• Empty trash receptacles and reload traps with clays.
• Clean and secure firearms, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
• Obtain and distribute ice and water for members.
• Clean and refuel Kawasaki mules to ensure they are ready for use.
• Conduct routine inspections of the course and equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting with any issues or concerns.
• Assist with organizing and running events and competitions as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of shooting sports and safety practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate Kawasaki mules safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working in a shooting range or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
