- Need prior experience as a prep cook with the ability to prep and complete production for kitchen and property needs.
- Be able to properly shelve and rotate all products according to F.I.F.O(first in first out).
- Be able to clean and sanitize station thoroughly when shift is finished, leave work ready for next team.
- Be able to properly label and cover all food at appropriatetemperatures.
- Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by local Hygiene lawsrelating to health and safety.
- Be highly social, motivated, and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Have the NYC DOH food handler’s license (desirable)
