The State of New Hampshire, Division for Behavioral Health has a full time vacancy for Program Assistant II
SUMMARY:
Performs administrative and program support duties to assist the Community Wellness Administrator in the statewide operation of the Choose Love Movement and other related projects or events out of this office. This position reports directly to the Community Wellness Administrator, DHHS, Division for Behavioral Health.

18 Months of additional relevant experience = Associate's degree
36 Months of additional relevant experience = Bachelor's degree
54 Months of additional relevant experience = Master's degree
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's degree from an accredited institute of higher education with a major study in human services, business or public administration, or a related field. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Three years of experience in a business office setting, public or private human service agency, or related field, with responsibility for providing program information to others. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs paraprofessional program support duties and office oversight for the Community Wellness Administrator. Includes coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, scheduling speaking engagements, processing mileage reimbursement, conference registration forms for approval per the State process.
Provides program assistance including, but not limited to, assisting with planning and coordinating program activities, workshops, compiling and preparing materials for trainings, events, mailings, and conferences.
Compiles and disseminates program information, statistical data, and statewide program touchpoints to enhance program efficiency, metrics, and outreach.
Maintains and organizes files, power point presentations, and Excel spreadsheets relative to the statewide operation of the Community Wellness Administrator position.
Assists with the review and edit of reports, letters, power point presentations as necessary for the growth and operation of the program statewide.
Assists with Choose Love related events to include vendor table coverage, and assistance for presentations as necessary.
Provides assistance/program information to internal and external stakeholders- examples may include phone calls, emails or in-person inquiries about the programs administered by the office.
Triages inquiries/needs from internal/external stakeholders on behalf of the Community Wellness Administrator.
