The State Theatre, Northern Virginia's best live music venue is now hiring Men and Women for Door Staff/Security positions. We are located in Falls Church, VA

This is a part time job. Hours are approximately 6:00PM - 2AM but this varies depending on the event. Most of our big shows are on the weekends but some weekday and holiday shifts are required including New Years Eve. There are no shifts available during the day.

Previous customer service experience is required. Event security experience or experience working in a concert venue, bar, night club or restaurant is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

This is a fun work environment but we also work hard. We handle situations professionally and calmly. Any potential member of our staff must be able to deal with problem customers verbally without dealing with them physically.

Ability to politely interact with patrons Reliable and punctual
Ability to pass a background check

It is also a plus if you enjoy music!
