We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager, your main focus is to develop and maintain all aspects of a strategic marketing role for our client's pharma/hospital products. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Sales Team, in effectively understanding the brand plan and the critical success factors in executing the brand plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy to include promoting and advertising pharmaceutical products
• Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
• Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
• Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics
• Provide assistance to the General Manager in aligning with the company's strategic priorities and expansion/business acceleration plans.
• Periodically engage in field visits and conduct observations alongside Regional Business Managers during their interactions with designated Healthcare Professions and institutions within their respective territories.
• Integrate and clarify marketing and selling strategies, enhance execution and maximize return on investment.
• Work cross-functionally with others to create, implement and optimize all necessary sales support initiatives.
• Provide support to the Team reactively whenever necessary.
• Provide accurate and complete reporting data on all assigned and required compliance programs and any other ad hoc projects/tasks allocated by line manager as required to meet business needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to compliance framework, which encompasses policies, procedures, guidance materials, as well as national and state legal mandates related to healthcare compliance, to be upheld consistently.
