Did you know that 10% of our staff have been working for us for 5 or more years? Also significant is that you have a desire to serve others and learn how STEM education and summer learning can create positive outcomes for children. Lastly, we would need you to be ready to take on a full time summer job for all six weeks and do your best in a supportive and professional environment.

Besides that you might:

  • Have past experience working with children or helping others

  • Want to know what Color Wars is and be already planning to win the annual trophy

  • Are Bilingual (Spanish/English)

What we offer

  • Camp Staff T-Shirt

  • Highly collaborative work environment where your knowledge and experience are valued regardless of age or experience - all voices matter

  • Opportunity to serve children from diverse backgrounds

  • Experience developing useful job and personal skills:

    • Leadership skills

    • Organizational skills such as program planning and implementation

    • Mentoring skills assisting younger children with problem-solving, conflict resolution and perseverance

  • Recommendation letters for future endeavors (based upon performance)

  • A workplace culture that prioritizes understanding, empathy and diversity

  • A location on a bus route and .5 miles from the Mamaroneck MetroNorth train station

Are you excited?

So are we!

Apply today to play an active role in changing our world for the better by empowering and training the next generation of STEM leaders and bridging the digital divide through inclusion initiatives.

If you’re enthusiastic about our mission, we’d love to hear from you! And please note:

→ Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet about 60% of the criteria, women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all the boxes. If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply! We'd like to learn more about you to see if you could be a great fit.

→ We value the diversity of our colleagues. People with disabilities are currently underrepresented in our company and underserved in our community. We want to change that. For this reason, we subscribe to equal employment opportunity principles and strongly encourage people living with disabilities to apply. We will support you in the working environment.
