About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity to support our Digital & Consumer Technology team as a Digital Project Manager based in Shelton, CT. The Digital Project Manager will oversee the project management of a variety of strategic initiatives within the Consumer and Digital technology portfolio ensuring the successful delivery of projects that help advance our aggressive Digital program. This seasoned professional will provide project oversight of key projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of new digital capabilities, partner closely with our PMO/VMO team to ensure consistent forecasting and reporting within the broader technology organization and work collaboratively with the team leaders in the Digital portfolio to ensure the smooth delivery of our global Digital agenda. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan, prioritize and manage project scope to ensure the successful on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of projects.Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects.Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.Partner with a business analyst to work closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders, internal and/or external development teams and vendor partners to deliver project objectives. Provide regular guidance and support to the project and/or delivery team to ensure the team is informed, on-track and will deliver tasks successfully and ensure the delivery team has an adequate amount of tasks to work on.Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case. May manage multiple complex projects/products simultaneously that cross different business units and/or companies.Responsible for overall project success, business objectives, project budget and ROI.Lead the project team ensuring the teams are clear on vision and direction to provide business context.Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of project. Validate all requirements, stories meet acceptance criteria, has the appropriate acceptance tests and accept requirements and stories as appropriate only if it passes all validations Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Computer/Management Info Systems, Marketing Preferred. PMP Certified Required, SAFe Agile or comparable SCRUM Certification Desirable.1-3 years’ experience in the software development lifecycle desired.2-3 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Management or Business Analyst.Ability to drive progress of a bold Digital agenda in a large, cross-functional manner in a global company.Proven experience in project management of several complex, interconnected projects in a SAFe Agile environment.Business knowledge of the digital and consumer technology space in the restaurant, retail, or comparable relevant industry.Strong understanding of profession project management and the SAFe Agile process in an enterprise setting.Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).Proficient with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet and also ALM tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Jira.Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.In depth understanding of project management concepts. What do we Offer? Insurance Plans (Medical/Life)Pension/401K/RSP (country specific)Competitive BonusMobility AllowanceTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysEmployee Resource Groups Volunteering timeAnd Many More….. The Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the country the position is based.
